Phan Nga
Creative Strategist 🎯

Phan Thúy Nga.
Social Media · Content Production · Brand Strategy

I don't make content to fill a calendar. I build systems — content pillars, editorial frameworks, growth roadmaps — then fill them with work that actually moves people.

From a national campaign that shifted public discourse on women's bodies in sport, to a trilingual AI startup brand built from zero for Vietnamese and Japanese markets — I work best when there's a real problem, a specific audience, and a deadline that matters.

Context
Dự án học thuật cấp quốc gia do nhóm Just Human (GRA497_G20 — ĐH FPT) thực hiện với vai trò Agency độc lập cho Cục Thể dục Thể thao Việt NamBan Phụ nữ & Thể thao Việt Nam.

What I Did — Execution
01
Thiết kế và vận hành toàn bộ bộ nhận diện thương hiệu cho kênh Facebook Ban Phụ nữ & Thể thao VN — templates bài đăng, định dạng Reels, hệ thống thumbnail, màu sắc và ngôn ngữ hình ảnh nhất quán suốt 7 tháng.
02

The Challenge
Same Product.
Opposite Audiences.
Vietnamese Gen Z consumers needed AI fashion to feel approachable and native. Japanese enterprise buyers needed credibility signals and precision of language. Same features. Completely different conversations. One brand to hold it together.
Creative Direction
Not "AI Tech."
Just: This Is How Fashion Works Now.
Rejected the impulse to lead with technology. Reframed every product as a natural evolution of something the audience already does. The technology became invisible. The benefit became the headline.
Key Insight
One brand voice. Three languages. Zero translation errors.
Not literal translation — cultural adaptation. Each language version was written natively from the same strategic brief. The difference between a Japanese business post and an English one isn't vocabulary — it's hierarchy, implication, and what you choose not to say.
Execution
01
Built content infrastructure from zero: 5-pillar framework, trilingual editorial calendar, and a 13-metric performance dashboard — before the first post went live.
02
Operated two LinkedIn pages simultaneously — English for global tech buyers, Japanese for enterprise retail partners in Japan — each with distinct voice, posting schedule, and engagement approach.
03
Wrote all copy natively in three languages — adapting tone, formality, and cultural register per language. Not per platform. Per culture.
04
Created brand voice document from scratch — tone rules, vocabulary guidelines, cultural notes — so the system could outlive a single operator.

The Challenge
In a Niche This Specific,
Irrelevance Is Instant.
The audience had already found every generic scholarship tip online. They didn't need more content — they needed a community that understood exactly where they were, what they feared, and what they needed to hear. Getting it wrong, even once, would lose them permanently.
Strategy
Don't Build a Brand Page.
Build a Community With a Brand Inside It.
Dual-channel architecture: Fanpage for discovery and reach, Group for depth and belonging. Each had its own content strategy. Both shared a consistent identity — so neither felt like a separate product.
The Insight That Changed Everything
They don't trust advice. They trust proof.
After month one: posts that sounded like advice had lower engagement than posts that sounded like confessions. Shifted editorial direction immediately. The community told me what to write. I just wrote it better.
Execution
01
3-phase growth roadmap: 0→2K (credibility), 2K→4K (engagement depth), 4K→5K+ (community self-sufficiency). Each phase had different content priorities — not just higher volume.
02
Shifted tone in month two — from "here's how to apply" to "here's what applying actually feels like." Engagement jumped. Members started tagging friends.
03
Designed all visual content — post templates and cover images that felt peer-level, not institutional. If it looked like a university brochure, it would be ignored like one.

The Problem
Every Event Looked Different.
Nothing Felt Like One Culture.
The unit had events. They had communications. What they didn't have was coherence. When every event has a different aesthetic, there's no accumulated identity. Employees attend — they don't belong. That was the real brief.
Strategy
A Flexible System
Over a Fixed Identity.
Fixed identities break under variety. The system needed shared rules — typography logic, color behavior, layout principles — with enough creative latitude to make each event feel distinct. Coherence through structure. Variety through execution.
The Insight
Employees don't engage with internal communications. They engage with culture.
Design was the message, not the container. When internal events looked like they were designed with care, employees read it as a signal that the unit cared about them.
Execution
01
Developed a modular visual identity system: shared typography rules, a color logic that could accommodate event-specific palettes, layout principles across banners, posters, ticket suites, and digital assets.
02
Produced 7+ full campaign packages per year: Gala Dinner, Sports Day, Outing, Women's Day (20/10), Happy Hour, Onboarding, HR comms — each with distinct creative direction inside the same system.
03
Wrote internal newsletters that sounded like a colleague, not an announcement system. Warm, specific, human — because a newsletter nobody reads is just scheduled silence.
04
Operated entirely solo — no design team, no agency — managing all production timelines and stakeholder feedback across 18 months without a single missed deadline.
